Lucas is a Physiotherapy Resident with a special interest in outpatient orthopaedics and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. His interest in physiotherapy developed through a strong passion for movement, exercise, and understanding how the body adapts to injury and recovery.
Lucas completed his Bachelor of Civil Engineering at McMaster University before earning his Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. His background in engineering provides a structured, analytical approach to assessment and treatment, blending biomechanics, problem-solving, and evidence-based care.
Lucas has experience working with a wide range of patient populations and musculoskeletal conditions, with additional exposure to neurological and medically complex cases through diverse clinical placements. He always strives to provide high-quality, individualized, and client-centred care, with an emphasis on patient education, manual therapy, and exercise-based rehabilitation.
Outside of the clinic, Lucas enjoys strength training, spending time outdoors hiking and camping, attending live music events, and exploring the city’s coffee scene.
