Arina Nayda is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R.TCMP) and Acupuncturist (R.Ac) licensed by the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO). She holds a three-year Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture from Eight Branches College of Eastern Medicine in Canada, following her initial studies at the American College of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine in Texas.
With extensive training and a passion for holistic healing, Arina empowers individuals to restore their energy balance, reclaim their vitality, and achieve optimal well-being. Arina takes a compassionate, individualized approach to healthcare, using the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat the root causes of health concerns rather than just symptoms. She incorporates various TCM modalities, including fire cupping, gua sha (scraping), moxibustion, electric acupuncture, and Chinese herbal formulas. She is proficient and certified in auricular, scalp, and cosmetic acupuncture techniques.
Arina specializes in a variety of health concerns, including
· Skeletal-muscular issues - neck, shoulder, and lower back pain; sciatica; tennis elbow; knee pain and arthritis
· Women’s health - menstrual discomforts including pain, PMS, irregular cycles, as well as addressing menopausal symptoms, infertility, low libido
· General well-being - depression, anxiety, stress, insomnia, weight regulation, after-stroke rehabilitation and facial rejuvenation.
In addition to English, Arina is a native Ukrainian speaker fluent in Czech. She enjoys spending time with her kids, husband, and dogs in the great outdoors.
