Helen is a Registered Massage Therapist that has been practicing in Newmarket and the surrounding area for 8 years. She completed the Advanced Massage Therapy Diploma program at Sir Sandford Fleming College in Peterbourough in 2012, and has experience treating a wide variety of soft tissue conditions, including strains, sprains, frozen shoulder, tendonitis, muscle spasms, and more. Her treatment style incorporates deep tissue massage, trigger point work, stretching, and relaxation techniques to provide care tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Helen loves to get to know her clients and tries to provide a fun, relaxed clinic atmosphere. She truly believes that laughter can sometimes be the best medicine!
